"I bought a house & needed my locks re-keyed. I called a few other locksmiths and then spoke with Ray of NorCal Locksmith. He got a great review on Yelp, was the most reasonably priced, had a good looking website (ok I'll admit I judge a company, at least partially, on the look of their website) and he seemed like an all around decent guy (some of the other places I called were questionable at best)... so I decided to go with NorCal.
I'm so glad I did! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ray was willing to work around my schedule, actually scheduled an appointment time (vs. an estimated arrival window), showed up on time, was pleasant and personable and got right to work. I asked about future installation of a deadbolt (because I didn't think he'd have the time to fit it in on the same appointment). Even though it wasn't originally part of the scope of work, he grabbed the additional tools and parts needed and added it to the job with no problem. He re-keyed 4 locks and installed a new deadbolt in a little over an hour! I definitely recommend NorCal Locksmith for any of your locksmith needs!" Alicea O. - Antelope, CA
